Weekly Rates - 2024/25

 The following prices are intended for the entire property that consist in the  Villa Unit (4 bedrooms) the Guest House Unit (3 bedrooms) and the Multipurpose Room .

The Villa can comfortably accommodate 16 people. The following price are for groups up to 8 people. The extra cost is 400 euro per extra person per week or 75 euro per day.
One kid under 6 is free

   Low season                                                    4 nights minimum stay.......................€1000 (Daily)

   Mid season                                                     5 nights minimum stay.....................€1200 (Daily)

    High season                                                  7 nights minimum stay.......................€1400 (Daily)
   

 *We guarantee the exclusivity of the property so that if you are going to book all the Units will be at your disposal

Included in the prices: - taxes - electricity/gas costs - final cleanings - your consumption of water - towels - pool towels - sheets - internet Wi-Fi - heating costs

Not included: - Extra cleanings during the week 

Winter season and Extra low season: changeover day FLEXIBLE

Once your booking is confirmed, we request a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount (non-refundable down payment ) , payable by bank transfer or by credit card(Visa or Master) 
The balance is due 60 days before the arrival by credit card (Visa/Master), cash or by bank transfer.
